Why pumpkin seed oil matters in TitanFlow
The official Supplement Facts panel lists 500 mg pumpkin seed oil per two-capsule serving, making it the largest active ingredient by weight.
The seller goes beyond ordinary prostate-support positioning and connects pumpkin seed oil to urethral-wall strength. MPS separates that mechanism claim from the broader human evidence on urinary symptoms.
Human evidence
A randomized clinical trial published in BMC Urology compared pumpkin seed oil with tamsulosin in men with benign prostatic hyperplasia. Both groups experienced improvement in symptom scores, while the prescription comparator generally produced stronger effects on some measures.

Other studies of pumpkin seed preparations also exist, but extract type, seed/oil formulation and dosage vary.
Key limitation: a study showing symptom improvement with pumpkin seed oil does not establish that it works by “strengthening the urethra walls,” and it does not prove TitanFlow-specific efficacy.
MPS verdict on pumpkin seed oil
Pumpkin seed oil is a credible, human-studied urinary-health ingredient. TitanFlow's 500 mg disclosure is useful for shoppers. The strongest defensible claim is that pumpkin seed oil has some evidence relevant to urinary symptoms—not that TitanFlow has clinically demonstrated the seller's proposed structural mechanism.
