How much beta-sitosterol is in TitanFlow?

The TitanFlow Supplement Facts panel lists 30 mg of Beta Sitosterol Complex per two-capsule serving.

The word “complex” is important: the label amount does not necessarily mean 30 mg of isolated beta-sitosterol. Direct comparison with clinical trials therefore requires caution.

What randomized trials found

A systematic review of four randomized trials involving 519 men found that beta-sitosterol preparations improved urinary symptom scores and flow measures compared with placebo. The review also found no meaningful reduction in prostate size and emphasized uncertainty about long-term effectiveness and safety.

View the PubMed systematic review (PMID 10368239).

What this means for TitanFlow: the evidence supports beta-sitosterol as a relevant urinary-symptom ingredient. It does not prove that TitanFlow's 30 mg complex matches the preparations used in those trials or that the complete product will produce the same effect size.

MPS verdict on beta-sitosterol

Among TitanFlow's five main ingredients, beta-sitosterol has one of the clearest human evidence signals for urinary symptom improvement. It strengthens the scientific plausibility of the formula, while dosage/formulation equivalence and long-term benefit remain unresolved.
